Jim is a great guy - super respectful, talented Plumber. He was prepared and brought all the correct parts and installed them properly - no shortcuts - did what's best for the situation. I highly recommend Jim for any plumbing job big or small.

Jim, Sanela and Precise Plumbing were amazing to work with and I would easily recommend them to anyone in need. We recently worked with them to have our toilet fixed after a hose erupted. We had a long delay on waiting for parts to come in - Sanela kept us updated the entire time, and we scheduled quickly as soon as the parts were available. Jim was great and completed the work quickly, and everything was done perfectly. Their cost was completely reasonable. Moving forward, I'll be calling them for any plumbing needs. UPDATE: we worked with precise plumbing again today (replace a faucet and fix another leaky faucet) and again it was a great experience. I want to highly recommend our plumber Jim (Precise Plumbing in Hoboken). First of all, his price was better than all other local plumbers by a significant margin, both for the regular tank-type, and the tankless Navien. But maybe more importantly, his approach and communication were a pleasure. He and his receptionist Sinella were great to talk to and explained things patiently for all my questions and wavering. He was also the only plumber who didn't ghost me multiple times. I couldn't even get a quote from a few who never followed up, and the ones that did quote me, were way more expensive. I'm no expert, but his quality of work looks great and his experience and knowledge are noticeable. He took time to re-route pipes to make them neat. Thank you again Jim and Sinella!
